Castillo Rentals LLC proudly works with schools, churches, and qualified non-profit organizations throughout Riverside, the Inland Empire, and Southern California. To ensure fair pricing and proper compliance, we have established the following Non-Profit Discount Policy.

We do not automatically classify any customer as tax-exempt or non-profit without proper documentation. All requests must be verified before any discount is applied.

To qualify for non-profit consideration, customers must provide valid proof of status:

Official 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS
Valid tax exemption certificate (if applicable)
Organization name must match booking information
Authorized representative must be listed on the account

All documentation must be submitted and approved before booking is confirmed with any discount applied.

Standard discount: 5% off total rental cost
Previous 10% discount program is no longer available
Discount applies only to verified and approved non-profit organizations
Discount cannot be combined with other promotions or deals
